MHP Services were awarded the contract to remove from site in Wrexham, Wales, five composite, gas fired industrial ovens. The ovens were used in the manufacturing process of carbon fibre aircraft wing parts and used a vacuum supply to aid the accuracy of the carbon fibre to the mould. (Pictures 14 and 15 show the ovens before removal)

Four of the ovens had been sold prior to removal and the fifth was sold during removal. MHP Services was subsequently awarded the contracts for the installation of the ovens by the new clients. The first of these ovens was installed for Delta Composites in Buckingham, a company that specialises in manufacturing carbon fibre mouldings and panels primarily for the motor racing industry. The site for the new oven can be seen on pictures 12 and 13 showing it has to be fitted underneath a mezzanine floor with the burner box and ducting through and above the floor.

The pictures show different stages of the installation;

MHP Services carried out the siting, assembly, electrical installation, vacuum installation, connection of the control panel and commissioning the oven.
